We accept all cars, trucks, vans, suv's, just about anything on wheels. In any condition. All vehicle donations have value to our charity.

We really do try to make the entire process of donating a car in New Jersey as easy for you as possible.

NJ car charity is a program run by the American Children's Society, Inc. A registered 501(c)(3) charity, based right here in New Jersey.

Your auto donation is tax deductible, and helps fund our programs. We help to provide food, clothing and emergency assistance to families in need. We're also implementing a new program, where qualifying auto donations are given to families in need. You can read more about our programs on our About Us page.

Our organization, the American Children's Society, Inc is a registered 501(c)(3) charity. That means that your auto donation is tax deductible.

Our mission is to help children and families. Focusing on families with a child stricken by cancer or other life threatening illness.

By providing a caring resource in which assistance is made available to help with medical bills, transportation, housing, and nutritious food.

Car donations in New Jersey are just one way that we raise funds to help the disadvantaged. Some of the vehicles that are donated, are given to families in need, others are sold or scrapped (either way, it helps us raise funds to help more families).

Every car donated to our NJ car charity program, regardelss of the condition, helps us help families.

Your donation makes a big difference in many lives.

In 2012, we were able to assist over 100 families in need.

Hurricane Sandy left many New Jersey residents in need of many different things. And months later, there are still so many whose lives are not back to normal yet.

We created FreeCarWish to help individuals and families in need of a vehicle. This is a pilot program in which individuals, and families can submit their story, gain votes and apply for a free, donated car. Donors of qualifying vehicles may also choose a recipient for their car donation.

The Market Street Mission is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and all donations to the Mission's programs are tax deductible.

We are an independent work and are not associated with any larger organization, church, or denomination. The Mission receives no direct government funds, nor are we a United Way agency. The individuals we help are without any insurance coverage and we never charge for the services we offer in the community.

All support for the Mission's programs comes from individuals, businesses, civic organizations and foundations in this local area. Last year, 22,200 individual donors made cash gift contributions to the Mission's programs. In addition to cash gifts, we accept used cars, saleable clothing and household goods in good condition to be re-sold at our thrift store locations. The revenues from these sales are tax deductible and also used to fund our programs.

We are deeply grateful for these ministry partners - without them, this work would cease to exist.
